Mental health is a subject that has been continuously censored and criticized because many people consider it an invention and that it is produced by "doing nothing productive", however, several studies have shown that mental illnesses can occur in any person and at any moment. In the podcast, there are several testimonials about people who manage mental health through different physical activities such as Yoga. Maintaining good mental health is important to keep control over your life because in difficult situations you can stay calm and think before acting. It is important to recognize that mental health problems are omnipresent in society, some more serious than others. and that these need adequate treatment or otherwise it would become a major problem for people's daily lives. Damage to mental health can be generated thanks to different factors, the social environment, a pandemic, the loss of a loved one, the loss of your job, unpayable debts, and many other situations that take you to the brink of an abyss. However, it should be kept in mind that everything has a solution, and if signs of depression, anxiety, or any other mental health issue are noticed, help should be sought immediately. We must stop the stigma that people with mental health problems should be in a psychiatrist. Avoid judging people and try to help them. Respect and empathy will always be two important factors in your life because you will achieve a happier and healthier life.
